Arrival and Pick-Up Details
Flights arriving before 11:00 AM:

Meet your guide at 1:15 PM at Desert Gardens Hotel (or 1:20 PM at Outback Lodge).
Use the free Yulara Airport Shuttle (no booking required).
Flights arriving 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM:

Meet your guide at Yulara Airport at 1:00 PM.
Flights arriving 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM (No Lunch):

Late pick-up at 2:00 PM from Yulara Airport.
Be ready with walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Hand luggage only is recommended for a quick exit.
Flights arriving after 1:45 PM:

Arrive a day earlier to avoid missing key activities.
In case of delays, contact to arrange a post-sunset pick-up from Desert Gardens Hotel.

MEL (VA1681 @ 1:45 PM): Pick up Airport @ 2:00 PM.
Not Recommended:

BNE (VA1693 @ 2:10 PM): Late pick-up from Desert Gardens Hotel 20 minutes after sunset. No lunch, and Kata Tjuta will be missed. Suggest arriving a day earlier.
