Summer Schedule Summary (6th Oct 2024 – 5th April 2025 & 5th Oct 2025 – 4th April 2026)
Arrival Flights & Pickups:

Flights arriving before 11:00 AM: Meet your guide at Desert Gardens Hotel at 1:15 PM or Outback Lodge at 1:20 PM. Use the free Yulara Airport Shuttle (no booking required).
Flights arriving between 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM: Meet your guide at Yulara Airport at 1:00 PM.
Flights arriving between 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM (No lunch): Late pickup at 2:00 PM. Be ready with walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and water bottle. Hand luggage only is recommended for a quick exit.
Flights after 1:45 PM: Not recommended. Fly a day earlier if possible. Delayed arrivals may be picked up after sunset from Desert Gardens Hotel.

Desert Gardens Hotel (1:10 PM):

Airport (1:00 PM):

Airport (2:00 PM, No lunch):
VA1681 (MEL, 1:45 PM).
Not Recommended:

VA1693 (BNE, 2:10 PM). Late pickup after sunset at Desert Gardens Hotel, missing lunch and Kata Tjuta.
Important Notes:

Tour starts in Yulara and ends in Alice Springs on Day 3 (~6:00 PM).
Bring at least 3L of water for the Kings Canyon Rim Walk (refillable bottles recommended).
Be ready with walking shoes and easy access to water and essentials.
Option to join the tour from Alice Springs at 6:00 AM on Day 1
