Begin your adventure by checking in at the Explore office located at the Hamilton Island Marina, where you can store your luggage until boarding. At 4:15 pm, you’ll board an Explore vessel for a 4:30 pm departure, which will take you to meet the Whitsunday Explorer. On your final day, this process will operate in reverse to return you to Hamilton Island.

The Whitsunday Explorer offers a modern, small-ship cruising experience through the stunning Whitsunday Islands. With a maximum of 60 guests onboard, you’ll enjoy an intimate resort-style journey, complete with spacious observation decks, a large air-conditioned main saloon, and your private ensuite ocean view room featuring wide picture windows.

Throughout the cruise, you’ll participate in guided excursions to the highlights of the region, including Whitehaven Beach, sunrise and sunset views, and thrilling ship-to-shore transfers with our Island Adventurer vessel. Kayak from the swim platform or dive into the vibrant marine life with snorkeling gear provided.
