Important Notes
Weather Conditions
Ballooning is weather dependent. In the case of cancellation:

Jet boat tour (if included) will still proceed, but its cost will be deducted from your refund if you do not rebook the ballooning component.

If you attend the jet boat but later cancel the balloon ride (within acceptable cancellation timeframe), you’ll be refunded minus the jet boat retail rate.
Pregnancy Restrictions
