Important Notes

Weather Conditions
Ballooning is weather dependent. In the case of cancellation:

• Jet boat tour (if included) will still proceed, but its cost will be deducted from your refund if you do not rebook the ballooning component.

• If you attend the jet boat but later cancel the balloon ride (within acceptable cancellation timeframe), you’ll be refunded minus the jet boat retail rate.

Pregnancy Restrictions

• Pregnant travellers are not permitted to participate in the jet boating activity (Bad Fishy).
